What you'll need:
2-3 medium zucchinis
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 tsp of paprika
Gas grill or oven
Mix all the dry seasoning together in a bowl.
Clean and wash zucchinis; peeling the skin is optional. Afterwards, cut the zucchinis lengthwise in to slices about a 1/4" thick. Place the cut slices on a cookie sheet or a basking container and generously drizzle olive oil over. Sprinkle the seasoning on to the slices coated in olive oil.
Set the grill on high heat (450º F); arrange the zucchinis on the grill until browned on both sides which takes about 5-6 minutes. Transfer to a plate and serve hot or at room temperature.
Oven directions: If you don't have a grill, you can also use the oven by using the broil function. Simply set the oven to broil and put the zucchinis on the top rack. Broil each side for about 2-3 minutes and you will obtain the same results.
